On February 2, 2025, at 02:33 AM, I purchased ₺724.99 worth of UC from MidasBuy.com. The payment was successfully processed and appears in my transaction records, yet the UC never arrived in my account. Where is my purchase?

MidasBuy had no issue taking my money, but when it comes to delivering the product or issuing a refund, nothing happens. I have been waiting since last night, and this issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is completely unacceptable! If my UC won’t be delivered, I demand a full refund immediately. I expect a quick response and a resolution without further delays. MidasBuy, fix this now!
