I Paid for PUBG UC via Card on Midasbuy but Got "Payment Not Completed" Error

On August 1, 2025, I purchased PUBG UC through Midasbuy using VakıfBank bank transfer. Although the payment was fully deducted from my account, the platform still showed a "payment not completed" error, and the UC never arrived in my account.

I submitted multiple support tickets through Midasbuy’s customer service system, but I received no response whatsoever. It is unacceptable to take payment and provide neither the product nor support.

I demand that Midasbuy urgently review the transaction, verify the payment, and either deliver the missing UC or issue a full refund immediately.
