I purchased 325 UC from MidasBuy, and the payment was deducted, but I never received my UC. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this issue—I constantly have to deal with missing UC purchases, and it’s extremely frustrating.
I entered my correct username, yet my UC still didn’t arrive. I demand that MidasBuy either send my 325 UC immediately or issue a full refund of ₺135. I shouldn’t have to go through this every time I make a purchase.
I expect a quick resolution, or I will escalate this complaint further. Fix this issue so customers don’t have to struggle with every transaction!
