I paid ₺1541 for Forza Horizon 5, and for over a week now, I haven’t been able to play the game at all. Every time I launch it, I get stuck on the “Loading Profile” or “Waiting for Sign-In” screen. I try logging in, nothing happens. I restart the console, reinstall the game, and still—the same error. The game simply does not work.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t pay this much money for a game I can’t even access. I’ve tried everything on my end, and it’s clear this is a technical issue on the developer’s side. Meanwhile, I’m left with a non-functional product and zero support or solution in sight.
It’s frustrating beyond words. The silence and lack of urgency from the support team make it even worse. We are not paying customers just to be ignored and locked out of a product we rightfully own.
I demand a full fix or refund immediately. At the very least, give players an explanation, an apology, and a clear timeline for when this will be resolved. This needs to be addressed right now—gamers deserve better than this.
