I paid full price for Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation 5, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating due to persistent and unacceptable technical issues. Every time I try to launch the game, I encounter server connection errors, and whenever I attempt to collect money from a car sale in the Auction House, the screen turns completely black and the game freezes.
The only workaround is to force-close the game and restart it, but the same problem keeps happening over and over again. My internet connection is fast and stable, so the issue is clearly on the developer’s end—not mine.
It's outrageous that a game sold at such a premium price is riddled with such basic and unresolved errors. The online features are practically unusable, and that ruins the entire experience, especially for players who bought the game specifically for its online components.
Let me be clear: I am not getting the value I paid for. It’s unacceptable for a company to ignore such widespread and repeated issues. This level of technical failure is disrespectful to loyal players and paying customers.
I demand an immediate fix, a clear technical explanation, and proper compensation for this ongoing issue. If this isn't addressed promptly, I will be escalating this complaint to higher consumer authorities and will publicly share my experience across social media platforms to warn others. Fix your servers and respect your player base.
