PS5 GT5 Bought for ₺2000 Won’t Open—Sony, Fix This or Refund My Payment

I purchased Gran Turismo 5 for ₺2000 directly from Sony’s official site for my PS5, but the game won’t open at all. I paid the full amount, yet I can’t access what I purchased! To make things worse, there’s no way to reach support—no response, no assistance, nothing. This is unacceptable. I expect Sony to either fix this issue immediately or refund my money. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down a company just to get what they paid for. Sony, respond to my complaint, provide actual support, and resolve this now. If I don’t get a solution soon, I will escalate this further.
