I am reaching out with a serious complaint regarding GTA 5, which I purchased for ₺1000. Initially, everything was working fine, but just a few days after the purchase, the Rockstar Games Launcher started giving an "Offline Error." Because of this issue, I can’t even launch the game, which is extremely frustrating.
I paid a significant amount for this game, and I expect to be able to play without technical issues. This is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution.
