I Disabled Microsoft Family Safety but Still Can’t Access Websites Due to SDX Error

I’ve disabled Microsoft Family Safety, yet I’m still unable to access websites because restrictions are somehow still in place. When I click “Ask a Parent for Permission,” I get an SDX error every time, and it completely blocks access to the site. This has been going on for far too long, and it’s seriously affecting my ability to use the internet freely—even for safe, everyday websites.

I’ve checked all the settings and confirmed that Family Safety was turned off, so I don’t understand why the restrictions are still active. This service is supposed to provide parental control when enabled, not continue limiting access after being shut off.

The lack of clear instructions and support on how to properly deactivate or remove Family Safety restrictions is unacceptable. I need Microsoft to address this issue urgently. Either fix the SDX error or ensure the restrictions are fully lifted once the service is disabled.

I’m also requesting that Microsoft provide transparent, step-by-step guidance on how to permanently turn off Family Safety across all devices linked to the account. This situation is frustrating and makes it feel like I have no control over my own device.
