I Can’t Remove Parental Controls on My Child’s Fortnite Account Due to Missing Email
I’ve been trying to remove parental controls on my child’s Fortnite account, but I never receive the confirmation email from Epic Games that's required to complete the process. I've checked the inbox, spam, and all folders — but there is simply no email coming through.
This has been extremely frustrating, both for me and for my child. We’ve tried multiple times and waited long enough, but nothing works. I’ve followed every step correctly, and yet Epic’s system seems broken. My child is now locked out of features unnecessarily because of a failure on Epic’s end — not ours.
I’m tired of these errors and delays. Epic Games, please fix this bug immediately. Send the required email, or provide an alternative way to verify and remove the restrictions. This issue has gone on far too long and is affecting the gaming experience for no reason.
