Unable to Change Xbox Online Privacy Settings or Update My Age, Keeps Logging Me Out
I can’t change my Xbox online privacy settings because every time I log in, it logs me out immediately. This is preventing me from playing games, and I’m also unable to correct my age, which I entered incorrectly when creating my account. I’ve tried using both the Xbox website and the mobile app, but nothing works. I don’t own an Xbox device, so I can only access my account online.
