I Can't Access My Epic Games Account And I Request Support

I'm having trouble accessing my previous Hotmail account. I had my email account set up on my old phone, but unfortunately, I lost access to it when the phone broke. As I was attempting different passwords, my account got locked, which resulted in being unable to sign in. I'm unable to access the recovery code because it's being sent to my old phone number. After exhausting all other options, I decided to give the account recovery option a shot. Unfortunately, my attempts to recover my account were swiftly rejected, usually within a mere 2 minutes of entering the required information. I've been struggling to find a way to communicate with a Microsoft support representative. I would greatly appreciate your assistance or guidance in finding someone who can help me with my issue.
