I was Deceived by Michelin Dealer

I just bought four 17-inch tires from Kandemirler Rotbalans, a Michelin dealer in Denizli, during the week. Before making the purchase, I looked into the price and was told that mounting and balancing tires would cost 8400 Turkish Lira. During payment, I was sent a text message asking for a confirmation code. When I asked why, I was told that Michelin was trying to stop Turkish dealers from buying tires in Europe for 35 euros and selling them for 45 euros. When I got home, I found out that I could have gotten a discount on the tires I bought, but I wasn't given the discount. It was clear that they were trying to trick customers. Later, I found the same tires online for 1950 TL, but I bought them in the store for 2100 TL because I thought I would get a discount. I would have bought them online if I had known about the sale.
