MG ZS Hybrid Plus i-Smart App Has Never Worked Since Delivery

On March 18, 2026, I purchased a brand-new 2025 MG ZS Hybrid Plus from the MG dealership in Antalya. However, the i-Smart (smart connectivity) application, which was promoted as an important technological comfort feature of the vehicle, has never worked since the day I took delivery of the car.

Even though I purchased a next-generation hybrid vehicle, it is unacceptable that the service providing remote vehicle control, navigation access, and technical vehicle data is either not activated in Turkey or cannot be used because of technical limitations.

Furthermore, during my conversation with MG customer service, I was informed that i-Smart support is not available for this vehicle model and that this is the reason why the application does not function.

The fact that this feature, which was presented during the sales process as an important part of the vehicle’s comfort and technology experience, is completely unusable has seriously disappointed me and caused me to feel misled and inconvenienced as a customer.

For this reason, I request that the i-Smart feature be activated for my vehicle as soon as possible and that this technological issue and customer dissatisfaction be resolved immediately.

In addition, I request a clear written explanation regarding why the i-Smart feature is not active, whether there is a planned activation date, and if there are software-based or regional restrictions preventing its use, when these limitations are expected to be resolved.
