On August 17, 2025, I had a negative experience while trying to make trading transactions through an app called Mexem Invest and via WhatsApp. Shortly after I started trading on the platform, I lost $200. Luckily, I realized what was happening early on, so my losses didn’t increase—but I believe the system itself poses serious risks to users.
I was repeatedly contacted from different phone numbers, all trying to “guide” me through the process. However, I couldn’t reach any legitimate customer service representative or get any real assistance. I’ve never encountered a situation like this before, and at this point, I don’t know how else to resolve it.
The purpose of writing this complaint is to warn others so they don’t fall victim to the same problem. I’m requesting that Mexem Invest and its operating methods be investigated and that the necessary precautions be taken to protect users.
