I purchased $PUTIN coin during the pre-sale on MEXC through two separate transactions. Both payments were successfully processed, but the tokens were never deposited into my wallet. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I immediately contacted MEXC customer support via email, but they have yet to respond or offer any kind of assistance.
I followed all the correct procedures. The transaction IDs clearly show the payments went through, and the addresses used were accurate. Despite doing everything right, I received nothing in return. To make things worse, after waiting for days with no help, I still have no idea where my tokens are.
I demand that MEXC resolve this issue urgently. This kind of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a platform handling users’ funds. Either send the tokens I paid for or refund my money. I expect immediate action.
