MEXC Holding My $2,100 Withdrawal and Restricting Account Without Reason

I submitted a withdrawal request of $2,100 from my MEXC exchange account to my crypto wallet, but it has been almost a month, and the transaction still hasn’t been completed. On top of that, my account has now been restricted. When I contacted customer support, they first told me to wait for a month, and now they claim that my account will be under review for an entire year.

There has been no suspicious activity or violation on my account — I was only performing normal buy-sell transactions. I demand that this unnecessary restriction and withdrawal delay be resolved immediately. I want my funds refunded and the withdrawal process completed as soon as possible so I can access my money.

Additionally, I noticed many similar complaints on consumer forums about MEXC, which raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability. I had been warned before, but I kept trading small amounts until I saved up this balance — and now my account is blocked.
