MEXC Keeps Rejecting Identity Verification to Remove Google Auth

For approximately three days, I have been unable to access my account on the MEXC exchange due to Google Authenticator verification. I followed all the required steps to remove Google authentication and completed the requested identity and video verification process three times, submitting the exact videos you asked for each time.

Despite this, I keep receiving the same automated response, stating that the photo or video of me holding my ID is blurry or does not meet the requirements, and my request to remove Google authentication is repeatedly rejected. As this process continues to drag on, my inability to access my account is causing increasing hardship.

I am requesting that the security checks on my account be reviewed thoroughly by a real person, that the Google Authenticator be removed after a reasonable review, and that my access to my account be restored.
