On August 26, 2025, I placed a market sell order for the SYM coin in the spot market on MEXC. Despite there being multiple buy orders at or below the price I set, my order did not execute. Shortly after, a large-volume buy order was placed at bottom prices, which artificially pushed the coin’s value down. As a result, I suffered a loss of approximately ₺30,000.
This is not the first time such an issue has happened to me—similar problems occurred with other coins as well. I reported the issue to MEXC customer support via both live chat and email, but the only responses I received were generic replies such as:
“The order did not find a match.”
“We cannot interfere with the market.”
“Investors trade among themselves; we have no involvement.”
These answers are unsatisfactory, especially since I executed the transaction directly through MEXC’s platform, received no error or warning messages, and have screenshots as proof. My account number is 704838.
I expect MEXC to fully compensate my losses with interest and to take responsibility for preventing such suspicious trading practices in the future. If these manipulative activities continue unchecked, more investors will suffer unjust losses.
