MEXC Executed My Stop Loss Far Below the Price I Set

On June 13, 2026, at approximately 7:40 PM, I opened a long position on the ALLO token through the MEXC exchange. I entered the trade at a price of 0.36959 and, in order to limit my potential loss, I placed a stop-loss order at 0.3660.

Despite having a stop-loss set at that level, the system executed my stop-loss order at approximately 0.3556 instead. As a result, I incurred an unexpected loss of around $305, which is significantly greater than the risk I intended to take when placing the trade.

Concerned about this discrepancy, I contacted the MEXC support team regarding the transaction. The order associated with this issue is listed under order number 80799226 in my account. However, despite reaching out for assistance, I have not yet received any response or explanation regarding why my stop-loss was triggered so far below the level I specified.

Based on the information available to me, I believe this may have been caused by a system malfunction, execution error, or another platform-related issue. The trade was not executed in accordance with the stop-loss parameters I set, and the resulting loss was far greater than expected.

I respectfully request that MEXC conduct a detailed investigation into this transaction, including the order execution records, market data, and system logs related to order number 80799226. I also request a written explanation regarding how and why the stop-loss order was executed at a price substantially below my specified level.

Furthermore, I ask that the approximately $305 loss resulting from this issue be reviewed and reimbursed if the investigation confirms that the execution was caused by a platform error or abnormal system behavior.
