MEXC Ignored My Stop-Loss and Liquidated My Position—I Demand Compensation

I placed a stop-loss (TP/SL) order on MEXC, but the system completely failed to trigger it. As a result, my position was liquidated, and I suffered a major loss that could’ve easily been prevented if the platform had honored my stop-loss settings.

This is unacceptable. If we can’t trust MEXC’s trading tools—especially for something as basic as a stop-loss—then how are we supposed to make informed, controlled trades? This isn’t just a technical glitch, it’s a serious breach of trust and platform reliability.

I demand full compensation for the losses I incurred due to this failure. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will pursue legal action and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Board. I expect accountability and a real explanation—not silence.
