I opened my Mexc account on 09/08/2025, and just two days later, during my very first trade, my account was suddenly blocked under a so-called “control mechanism.” Before trading, I was asked to deposit 925 USDT under a bonus campaign, which I did. However, right after completing my first transaction, all trading was stopped, and I was locked out of my funds.
My user ID is 3*. When I contacted customer service, the only response I received was: “You were flagged by the control mechanism, please submit an application.” I submitted the application, and at first I was told my account would be reopened in three days. Later, they changed their statement and said it could remain blocked for a month, with no guarantee of when or if it will be reopened. No valid official explanation or documentation has been provided to justify this action.
I am requesting Mexc to immediately restore access to my account or at the very least allow me to withdraw my 925 USDT without further delay.
