Mexc Rejected My 200 USDT Bonus Without Any Valid Explanation
On 07/08/2025, I joined the “Deposit 100 USDT, Get 200 USDT Bonus” campaign for the very first time. Using my account with the username S*, I deposited 102 USDT at 13:30. Later the same day, at 17:26, I placed my first ENA/USDT TP/SL trade exactly as required by the campaign rules.
Despite following all the conditions, my bonus was rejected by the so-called control mechanism without any explanation. When I contacted Mexc customer support, the only response I received was: “Rights are reserved, no reason will be given.” This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional, especially since I met the requirements and had never used this promotion before.
I demand a clear and valid explanation for why my bonus was denied. If there is no legitimate reason, Mexc must credit the 200 USDT bonus to my account immediately. Users should not be misled with promotions that are arbitrarily rejected.
