I Face Delays Receiving My $50 Amazon Stock Reward From MEXC Giveaway
On October 9, 2025, I won $50 worth of Amazon stock in a free giveaway organized by MEXC. While the smaller prizes from the same event were credited to my account quickly, the main reward — the $50 Amazon stock — has still not been added to my account even after 14 days.
When I contacted MEXC customer service, they said the reward was blocked by the “risk control mechanism.” This explanation doesn’t make sense, especially since I received all the other rewards from the same campaign without any issues. In the past, I’ve also faced similar problems where MEXC failed to deliver prizes I legitimately won, often citing vague or inconsistent reasons.
This giveaway was advertised as completely free, and I have visual proof confirming my win. My user ID is 1256***7. I expect MEXC to resolve this issue promptly and credit the $50 Amazon stock I rightfully won to my account without further delay.
