I Cannot Log Into My MEXC Account Through the Mobile App

I have been unable to log into my MEXC account through the mobile application for a long time. Whenever I try to access the app, I receive a message stating “Please log in using another method,” and I am prevented from accessing my account. This issue has been ongoing for approximately four to five months.

During this period, I attempted to seek assistance from customer support. However, the responses I receive are only in English, and because I do not fully understand the correspondence, I have been unable to resolve the problem. As a result, I remain locked out of my account and cannot access the assets held within it.

The inability to access my account for such an extended period has caused significant inconvenience and concern. I have not been provided with a clear explanation regarding the reason for the restriction, the steps required to restore access, or whether there is an issue with my account that needs to be addressed.

I request that MEXC investigate this matter and restore access to my account as soon as possible. I would like to be able to log into the mobile application normally and manage my assets without further interruption.

In addition, I request support in Turkish, if available, or clear and understandable guidance regarding the exact steps required to regain access to my account. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and detailed information about the status of my account and the reason for the ongoing login issue.
