METRO Bus Driver and Attendant Forcibly Raised My Seat on the Trip

On 31/08/2025 at 14:45, while traveling from Istanbul to Hatay with my ticket reference number YKJELN5, seat 13, on a bus departing from Samandıra Terminal, the female attendant told me that reclining the seat to sleep was forbidden except during night trips. I objected to this and she argued with me. The bus driver, Captain Ahmet, also joined the argument, and together they forcibly raised my seat. I am filing a complaint due to this psychological pressure and confrontation.
