Metro Market Did Not Let Me In With My Dog in a Carrier Box

On September 6, 2025, I tried to enter the Metro Market branch in Bursa’s 23 Nisan Neighborhood with my Chihuahua, who was in a carrier box. However, I was denied entry at the store entrance, citing a related law. The staff’s attitude was not solution-oriented, and when I spoke with the store manager, the same approach continued. Although the reason was explained to me, I am saddened to have been treated unfairly despite my dog being in a carrier. I expect an apology from Metro Market regarding this incident.
