Ajet Did Not Let Me Board My Brussels to Istanbul Flight With My Dog
On July 26, at 12:35 p.m., I was not allowed to board my flight by Ajet from Brussels Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. I checked in. I handed over my luggage and my dog to the baggage section. First, the flight was delayed, and then it was stated that the arriving aircraft was not suitable for transporting dogs. For this reason, I was not allowed to board the flight, my dog was handed over, but my luggage was not. It was stated that my luggage was at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The issues I experienced on Saturday remain unresolved as of Friday, August 1. I am requesting the delivery of my luggage to my address, reimbursement for the expenses incurred during this process, refund of the ticket fee I paid for my dog, and compensation for all my legal rights. I kindly request that my grievances be addressed promptly in accordance with my legal rights.
