I Face Unfair Ban on Metin2 TR Onyx Server Despite Playing Without Cheats

On the Metin2 TR Onyx server, my account was banned while I was fishing manually. I submitted a support ticket, but I have received no response so far.

This situation is deeply unfair because I have spent EP and monthly subscription fees, and all of that investment along with my hard work now feels wasted. I was actually happy to see that there were no cheats around—but ironically, despite never using any cheats myself, I ended up being banned.

What makes it even more frustrating is that I was playing with two accounts side by side, fishing at the same time, and still, my account was punished without reason.

I request that my ban be lifted immediately and my losses be compensated. It is unacceptable for honest players to lose their accounts and money due to wrongful enforcement.
