MetaTrader Investment Wiped Out Due to Broker's Negligence, $1000 Lost
Hello, I invested through the MetaTrader app with an intermediary broker using the Fx Edge Prime server and login credentials (9784512771936, password: pass1234). The trades were managed by specialist F**** A***** and their assistant G*** A****. However, due to excessively high lot trades initiated by G***, my account couldn’t sustain the losses and was completely wiped out.
I had invested $1000, and despite requesting compensation, more than two months have passed with no resolution or refund. I even provided proof of my investment via a receipt.
This is unacceptable. I urge the responsible parties to address my grievance immediately and compensate for my losses. Trust in your platform is at stake.
