I Lost $1,400 on Intrade and No One Is Responding to Me
About 10 days ago, I deposited money via bank transfer to trade Forex through Intrade and used the MetaTrader 5 platform. I ended up losing a total of $1,400, and now my account shows only $15. I haven’t been able to withdraw any money at all—I lost the entire amount I deposited.
This loss occurred due to a trading error. During this process, my investment advisor first left, and then someone else contacted me. However, once the balance in my account decreased, no trades were shared with me anymore and none of my calls were returned. I also haven’t received any response from customer service.
I request a detailed explanation regarding the loss I experienced on Intrade, compensation for the financial damage, and for an authorized representative to contact me as soon as possible.
