On Thursday, October 16, 2025, an incorrect transaction was made on my investment account number 700356 at GKM Yatırım through the MetaTrader 5 platform, and my account was wiped out. When I contacted customer service afterward, I was told that the transaction could only be reversed if I deposited either $10,000 or $1,888. Since I did not accept this demand, my account was completely reset and I suffered a financial loss of approximately $10,625.
Even though all my transactions were supposed to be guaranteed and covered under the agreement, facing a situation like this has caused significant hardship for me.
