MetaTrader Freezes My Primary Balance

I deposited funds with a company called M-shearn, but they disappeared without paying around $52,000. Later, a manager from Volume Investment informed me that their platform was Metatrader. He provided me with an email address, which I used to contact them. They claimed to be from Metatrader and stated that I had $67,000 in my account. However, they insisted that I needed to deposit $7,151 as a swap fee to release my funds, which would be transferred to a Russian Federation Bank for withdrawal. I complied and deposited the $7,151 for the swap fee. They provided me with an email from Rosban and told me the funds were transferred. Then, they demanded an insurance fee of $2,364, which I paid. They also mentioned a tax of $3,807, which I deposited. Despite all these payments, I have not received my money. I am filing a complaint regarding this matter. Kind regards.
I deposited $7151 to MetaTrade to transfer my main balance. I deposited $2364 for Rosbank island insurance. I also deposited $2541 for transfer fees and $3807 for taxes, but they did not send my money. I am filing a complaint.
