Unfulfilled Promises and Missing Funds in MetaTrader Forex Scam

I previously invested in a company called Info Pro Trade and they did not give me my 2 thousand dollars. Then they disappeared. Then someone who worked as a manager in a forex company said: The infrastructure of this company may be Metatrader 5. He gave me his e-mail address. I sent an email there and they said they responded. Other investments were made with your money, your money was 20,500 dollars, your money was blocked by us because the relevant company was closed. If you deposit 1350 USD, your money will be transferred to Rosbank, you can withdraw your money from there. They gave Rosbank's e-mail. I sent an e-mail there and they responded with meta 5 confirmation. I deposited 1350 USD in Etiler and then it said rosbank. It has an insurance fee of 3250 USD, I deposited it, then Rosbank sent me an e-mail saying that I deposited the money to my TRC20 network. However, no money was deposited into my account, now I send an e-mail and they don't even respond. They did not send the money that was my main balance. I have a complaint against Rosbank and metatrader (MQL5).
