I am facing serious issues with MetaTrader regarding my transfer process. Every attempt to transfer my funds has been met with repeated excuses and unclear reasoning. Despite my offer to deduct the transfer fee from the amount being sent, they insisted on additional external payments of ₺67,000. I initially needed this money to pay off debts, but their persistent demands left me frustrated, and I eventually gave up.
The most frustrating part is the lack of prior communication. For example, they introduced a swap fee after the withdrawal was approved, claiming it as a new obstacle. This issue could have been avoided if the fee had been deducted upfront and properly communicated to me. It is clear that excuses are deliberately planned and presented to prevent payouts.
I believe these practices are unacceptable and that they intentionally complicate the withdrawal process. I request that MetaTrader address this issue and release my funds immediately. I also urge relevant authorities to take notice and resolve this matter.
