About a week ago, I attempted to withdraw 100 USDT through Trust Wallet, but I have been unable to complete the withdrawal. I was trying to transfer the funds to my Binance wallet, but the copy–paste address option in the app does not work and gives no response at all.
There is also about ₺15 worth of BNB in my wallet. I haven’t selected a network yet, because the app provides no guidance or prompts on this step.
During this process, I contacted Trust Wallet’s support team, but I received no assistance or response. I’ve never experienced such an issue before — this is the first time something like this has happened.
So far, I have not tried reinstalling the app or using a different device, but I am considering doing so next.
I urgently request that Trust Wallet provide technical support and help me withdraw my funds safely as soon as possible.
