I Can’t Import Custom Tokens or See My BSC Funds in Metamask App

I downloaded the Metamask app and sent some crypto from the BSC (Binance Smart Chain) network. After the transfer, I tried to manually add the custom token using the "Import Tokens" feature. I carefully filled out all the required details—including the contract address and decimals—and tapped “Import.” But nothing happens. The app simply ignores the action. Oddly enough, when I hit “Cancel,” it responds instantly. It feels like the “Import” button is completely unresponsive or broken.
Worse still, the tokens I sent via the BSC network are not appearing in my wallet at all, which is extremely concerning. I double-checked the transaction details, and everything was successful on the blockchain. Yet the funds are missing, and the custom token import fails silently.
On top of that, there’s no way to contact real-time customer support. I’ve searched everywhere in the app and online, but couldn’t find a support channel that actually responds. I’m left with missing funds and no assistance.
Metamask needs to fix this import function immediately and provide proper customer service. I also expect the tokens I sent to show up in my wallet without delay.
