On October 29, I purchased a Meta Verified subscription for my Instagram account (ugurbas58) and paid $6 USD. The payment was successfully processed, and Instagram generated a receipt under Transaction ID: 17952422787039952. However, even after several days, my subscription has still not been activated and the blue verification badge has not appeared on my account.
During this time, I submitted five separate reports through the Instagram app, and I also tried to request support through other channels. Despite all of this, I have received no response, and the issue remains unresolved. There are no other problems or restrictions on my account.
I request that my subscription be activated starting from today’s date. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
