Meta Verified Subscription Not Working—No Blue Check or Support Access

I purchased a Meta Verified subscription, expecting to receive the blue check verification and access to support as promised. However, I never received the verification badge, and now I can’t even connect to customer support.
When I finally managed to get a response, all they said was "You removed it from your portfolio", which makes no sense. I didn’t remove anything! I paid for this service, yet I can’t use the features I was promised, and now I am completely unable to get assistance.
I demand immediate support and a resolution to this issue. Meta, if you are charging for a subscription, you need to provide the service as advertised! Fix this now!
