Paying for Meta Verified, But Locked Out of Instagram – No Support

Hello, I have been paying ₺270 per month for Meta Verified, but for over a month, I have been unable to access my Instagram account. After switching to a new phone, I forgot my password and attempted a reset, but the system requires face verification, which never works.

I have tried face recognition at least 50 times, and every single attempt gets rejected. I have also emailed Instagram over 100 times, yet I have not received a single response. The verification codes arrive via phone and email, but when I enter them, Instagram tells me to log in from my old device or retry face recognition, which keeps failing.

How can Meta Verified charge me monthly but not provide any real support? Instagram, fix this issue immediately! I am requesting urgent assistance—verify my identity manually using my profile picture and ID. I expect a response as soon as possible. This has been going on for over a month, and I am extremely frustrated!
