Instagram Meta Verified Won’t Let Me Subscribe – Payment Error

I want to subscribe to Instagram's Meta Verified, but every time I try, the system attempts to process the payment before even showing the payment options, and then it fails with an error. I have tried this on both my phone and the website, but nothing works.

The last time I purchased Meta Verified, I requested a refund because I didn’t complete the ID verification. Since then, I haven’t been able to repurchase it. No matter what I try, the system won’t let me subscribe again.

Instagram, please fix this issue! Users should be able to subscribe without technical errors blocking them. I expect an immediate solution so I can complete my Meta Verified subscription properly.
