Instagram Ad Account Under Review - Payment and Ad Delivery Blocked

For about two weeks, I have been experiencing serious issues with my Instagram ad account (number 8089066***1094) linked to my profile. Throughout this period, Instagram representatives have repeatedly responded with phrases like “It’s under review,” “Try again later,” or “Wait three days,” yet no concrete solution has been provided. Initially, I couldn’t add my payment card, and I was told the problem was caused by Meta. Later, I managed to add the card from another device. Then, payment for ads couldn’t be processed, which was again attributed to a Meta authorization issue, supposedly fixed on November 7, 2025. However, I then began receiving an error saying, “Your ads have been paused because your ad account has an outstanding balance.” When I tried to pay the balance using the card I had successfully added, another message appeared: “Your account is under review, so no payments can be made.” I’ve been dealing with this chain of issues for two weeks with no progress whatsoever. While newly opened accounts can run ads smoothly, my nine-month-old account constantly encounters new problems. I urgently request that my ads be reactivated and my account restored to proper working order.
