Meritbet Casino Deleted My Confirmed Winnings and Won't Respond
I am writing this complaint regarding an issue I experienced in the casino section of Merit Bet. On 06/02/2026, my account balance suddenly dropped, and my $273 winning — clearly visible in my betting history — disappeared from my account. Having this amount wiped without me playing any games or making any transactions has left me seriously harmed and has severely shaken my trust in the platform. As soon as I noticed the situation, I checked my betting history and confirmed that the $273 I had won was still showing as a winning in the system. I then connected to live support and reported the issue. Live support only told me that my account was under review and offered no further explanation — they neither told me why this had happened nor gave me any indication of how long the process would take. Since that day, I have received no follow-up, no request for additional information or documents, and no notification by phone or email. It is completely unacceptable that no clear explanation has been provided and no contact has been made regarding why my $273 balance — which shows as a confirmed winning in the system — was deleted. I am requesting that Merit Bet fully restore the $273 that appears as a winning in my account, ensure the complete security of my account, and provide a clear written explanation of why this action was taken. I also ask that the review process for my account be concluded within a reasonable timeframe and in a fully transparent manner.
