Meritbet Bonus Buy Drained My Balance While I Played a Different Game
I am writing about an unauthorized purchase that occurred in the casino games section of Meritbet. On the night in question, around 2–3 a.m., I had about 7,000 in my account balance when a 6,000 game/bonus purchase was made without my knowledge or consent. At that moment, I was actively playing a different game and suddenly noticed that almost my entire balance had disappeared. I did not approve or intentionally make this 6,000 purchase, and I have a screenshot showing I was playing another game when this balance was deducted. After I noticed the issue, I contacted Meritbet customer service, but they claimed I made the transaction, which I do not accept. Despite my explanation and the screenshot I can provide, my complaint was not resolved. I request that the 6,000 taken without my knowledge be refunded to my account and that Meritbet re-review this transaction in detail based on the evidence I can submit.
