BetKanyon Bonus Removed After Big Win Without Explanation Or Support Response

On 12/27/2025, my active bonus was removed by the site right after I had a big win, and my winnings were also affected. I was not given any explanation or reason for why the bonus was removed. After noticing this situation, I contacted Betkanyon customer support and requested information, but I have not received any response yet. The lack of communication and sudden removal of the bonus and winnings without a stated reason is very disappointing and creates a serious trust issue. I request that my bonus and the related winnings be fully reinstated to my account, or that I receive a clear and detailed explanation based on the terms and conditions of the site for why they were removed.
