Mercedes Sold Me a Defective 2020 EQC - Keeps Charging Me for Costly Repairs

Last year, my 2020 Mercedes EQC also displayed a battery malfunction. Since it was an imported vehicle, I was told that it wasn’t covered under warranty and that I had to pay for the repairs. After my car sat in the service center for three months, the rear motor was replaced, and I paid ₺220,000 for the repair. Recently, the same issue reappeared, so I took it to Koluman service. After a week of inspection, they informed me that this time the front motor needed to be replaced, quoting a ₺310,000 repair cost. The repair estimate document is attached. This time, I will definitely take legal action in international courts because this is a clear case of selling a defective product. From now on, Mercedes should be the one to worry about what comes next.

I received an SMS stating that they called, but I was definitely not called.

I called the relevant number. In summary, they said we cannot provide support as it is not from an authorized dealer. I said, request it from the factory. Ultimately, I will file a defective goods lawsuit.
