Mercedes C200 Continuous Engine Issues Despite Repairs




In September 2023, I purchased a brand new C200 from Tuzla Gülsoy Otomotiv. With only 5500 km on the odometer, on May 18, 2024, it broke down due to a 48-volt battery error. Roadside assistance got it started, but on May 19, 2024, the engine malfunction light came on. After taking it to the service center, they said the spark plugs were replaced, and the software was updated after it spent 2 days in service. On May 30, 2024, the engine light came on again, and I returned to Gülsoy Tuzla service. They changed the coil positions, ran tests, and claimed there were no issues, yet the car stayed in service for 5 days. I picked it up on June 4, 2024, but today, June 5, 2024, the engine light is back on. I paid ₺3,150,000 for this car, and I can't drive it with peace of mind. Tomorrow, I'll take it back to the service center, but I doubt anything will be done. It's uncertain when or where I might break down next. Mercedes Turkey, Germany, Tuzla Gülsoy, please find a solution. Don't let Mercedes disappoint me.

My vehicle has been at the Gülsoy Tuzla service center since June 6, 2024. It is still waiting for parts to be supplied, and the issue has not been resolved yet. This is not fitting for the Mercedes brand. A vehicle that has been in service for 6 months, with the problem not being found, parts supply issues, and no timeframe given. An indifferent Mercedes, an indifferent Gülsoy Mercedes dealership. What will happen, how will this situation be resolved?
