Mercedes-Benz Doesn't Refund Downpayments - Advance Payments

Mercedes Turkey does not refund down paymens as they were told, during sales procedure. You can find lots of similar complaints. Adana Mengerler Dealer told that will get our car in mid nov and then changed it to "somewhere in december". After that I also discovered in my order that a standard hardware is not included in the car where its pricing is included. After that I cancelled my order and we are waiting for our refund since 31 oct.
