Three months ago, I purchased a brand-new Mercedes EQS 450 electric vehicle from the Samsun Mengerler dealership. However, I soon realized that the fast-charging feature was not working. Despite multiple visits to the authorized service center, including extended stays of 15 days each time and the replacement of different parts, the issue remains unresolved. My vehicle is currently back in service, with no clear timeline for a solution. I have been unable to fully use my car for three months and feel increasingly frustrated. If the problem cannot be permanently fixed, I expect a solution such as a vehicle replacement. It is deeply disappointing to experience such a situation with a brand like Mercedes, and I urgently request that my issue be addressed.
