Mercedes-Benz Punished The Customers !!

Mercedes-Benz Turkey punishes its customers! Why? They consistently refuse to refund deposits after customers opt out of purchasing a vehicle for more than a month. Are they unfairly profiting from customer deposits in collaboration with banks? Mr. M***** Y*****, do you even know of an employee like A**** U**** who appears incapable of processing refunds? I don't think so! Or maybe you do, and it's more convenient for you to hire such people because your customer decided not to buy a car. I'm not talking about money that the customer already has because it's theirs. I'm not referring to money that should be refunded after a commercial transaction because it belongs to the customer! How could you keep your customer's money, which is not legally yours, and refuse to return it to the customer? Is this how you intend to punish your customers? Do you think we won't notify the Turkish Ministry of Trade or the Ministry of Finance about this situation? Or do you think we won't file a complaint about your actions with the Presidential Communication Center (CIMER)?
