Mercedes-Benz: Unprocessed Refund And Customer Representative Inconsistencies
I canceled the vehicle reservation I made on 20/09/2023 with the sales transaction number TR2310039161 on 13/10/2023. Despite their initial promise of refunding within 20 business days, they have not refunded my money, and each time I contact customer service, they provide different explanations. The refund period, initially stated as 20 business days, was later extended to 30 days and then to 30 business days. They are withholding my money without providing the promised service, charging me 300-400 TL per day. Today, I have granted power of attorney to my lawyer as I have no other option but to pursue a legal path to obtain the refund. Dealing with Mercedes Turkey has been regrettable. I will never buy a car from them again; they are nothing but scammers.
